The apartment was so small that the description didn't match at all. The sofa was the bed, and it was dirty with strange spots. Staff told us just to put a sheet over them. Another bed folded out from a drawer in the tiny hall, and once open it blocked the door from opening or closing. The pillows had someone else's hair on them and were dirty, as was the bathroom. Getting to the apartment meant walking through a dark, unsafe garage. They told us to open the dirty sofa and make the bed, take out the rubbish, clean the dishes and surfaces, then carry the sheets and towels to an area on the last day. The €300 deposit felt like a mad scam. Staff were sarcastic, unprofessional, and superficial, including both girls working Tuesday March 19 around 19:00 and the girl working Friday March 22 around 9:30. At checkout, the girl said she couldn't inspect the apartment or return our deposit because she was alone. We said that couldn't work since we'd be gone by the time it was checked. Her colleague, because she obviously wasn't alone, told her to give the deposit back and avoid trouble. She gave us a ticket in French without explaining anything. We regret spending our money here and found nothing positive about the stay.

I rarely leave reviews, but people should know what happened. We left the apartment clean and were fined after our stay. I politely complained and asked them to refund it, but the hotel offered photos of different apartments, not ours, as proof. I'm shocked by how we were treated. I've never experienced this anywhere else, and they shouldn't get away with that dishonesty.

Not recommended. The service wasn't welcoming, and they charge extra for everything, including towels, internet, and toilet paper. They also impose high fines if you leave the apartment unclean, including for dishes and floors. Poor value for a high fee.

There weren't enough dishes, so we had to run the dishwasher after every meal, and the knives weren't decent. Hygiene was unacceptable too. All week, three carts of dirty laundry sat in front of our apartment door, taking up half the hallway width. See the photo.
