The views were breathtaking, and the whole place felt wonderfully relaxing. Everything was spotless, with lovely decor and ambiance, and we had an amazing breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay, though the price felt a bit high for what we got. A few things added to that feeling: there was body cream but no shampoo in the room, which seemed odd even though we understand avoiding small bottles is more eco-friendly. The listing mentioned a hot tub, but there wasn't one in the chalet. There was a pool, but it felt like a regular pool temperature, not a hot tub. The sauna also had to be requested an hour ahead so it could be heated; we wish we'd known that before checking in. We'd given our arrival time as a one-hour window, but still waited outside for about 10 minutes. Each thing was small, but together they left us feeling the property didn't quite match its value.

Waking up to the incredible Mont Blanc scenery made every moment feel special. Le Chalet Mont Blanc exceeded all our expectations, and we'd highly recommend it to anyone after a unique, luxurious, personalized mountain stay. Gregory and Juan were warm and attentive from the start, with lovely attention to detail. Since we'd booked the entire flor, they arranged a private dinner for us. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more memorable. Service throughout was impeccable, caring without being intrusive, and made us feel at home.

The breakfast was excellent, and everyone made us feel welcome. We booked at the last minute because the TMB weather forecast looked bad, and couldn't have been happier with the stay. It was a wonderful way to unwind after a difficult trek.

The views are hard to beat, and the place is so quiet. It's about 10 minutes from downtown Chamonix. The rooms were very clean and peaceful, though in summer ours was hard to cool, so I left the door open in the evenings. Housekeeping missed us one day, but overall I'd stay again. Breakfast was good, though some portions were small. If French ham and cheese aren't your thing, you may be left with bread. There's a shared kitchen downstairs with a full-size fridge for yogurt or water. Parking was free, but you had to leave the car right beside the building. The pool was beautiful and didn't seem to have set hours. The sauna only opens in winter, which was disappointing after coming off the glacier with tired legs. The host only speaks French, but we managed. I also asked for the location to be corrected on Google, since it isn't quite right.

I love Chamonix, and this stay gave me such wonderful memories. The view was jaw-dropping, and the staff were kind and welcoming. The bedding was comfortable, and even the bathroom was meticulously kept. I've stayed in lots of places, but very few have felt this perfect. There's too much to list about what makes it so wonderful. Next time I want to stay longer.
