We had a great time exploring the area, and the location comes with an amazing view. It's just off the main road, so there was some noise, though I imagine that matters less in winter with the windows shut. Our room, number 26 on the top floor, was booked through air B&B. It was pleasant and a little dated, but had what we needed and seemed able to sleep six, maybe even eight, with the sofa bed. The building appears to be part residential and part rentals. The old reception area could use a renovation and better lighting. Entry is secure with a code, and there are lots of mailboxes and key lockboxes, but not much else. There's a tiny, dated lift; it works, and beats climbing three flights of stairs. We'd recommend staying here.

We stayed for a week between January and February. The apartment was warm, and the supermarket was a five minute walk away. Getting to the ski slope took a ten minute bus ride. There was no receptionist, the sauna was gone compared with two years ago, and we found silverfish bugs.

We couldn't sleep because there was a party in other rooms. Our room was missing bed covers and towels, too. The air didn't seem to circulate properly, and after one night I had a runny nose, even though I'm not very sensitive. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

We came in the off season and found the internet had been turned off, even though it was advertised, and there were no bathroom towels. They were only reachable by phone from 5pm to 8pm, and everything was non-refundable. I'd stayed before, when they seemed to care. Now I don't think I'll ever come back.

They're giving the place a facelift, and it offers good value for money. The views are great, and it's conveniently placed for bus stops and all kinds of mountain activities nearby.
