The residence itself is lovely, including the apartments and pool. But Maeva changed my booking for two bedrooms and a living room to a different place with one bedroom and bunk beds, saying the original apartment had been booked a week before we left. At that late point, I couldn't find anything else at a similar price. My daughters are 16 and couldn't sleep in the bunks, so they ended up on the living room sofas. It's a real shame, and I'm unhappy about it. You also need to plan your grocery shopping, since there aren't any nearby shops, bakeries, or mini-markets. The listing didn't mention that.

There was no inventory when we arrived, and we found some unpleasant surprises. The apartment management felt unprofessional: the refrigerator hadn't been defrosted or cleaned, the emptied trash bin was still dirty, and coffee grounds had been left to go moldy. The dishes seemed questionable, and the bedroom shutter handle was broken. When we left, we cleaned and disinfected the place ourselves. This was during a period of strict health measures, and no inventory was done at departure either. We have a clear conscience, but this was still a serious lack of professionalism.
