Our apartment had a great view of the sea and hills. The location is nice, the evenings and nights are calm, and the setting feels family-oriented, almost exclusively for families with kids. There’s a great pool and a beach about 3 min away on foot. Some apartments don’t have AC, so it can get crazily hot under the roof when the weather is hot. The restaurant choice nearby is limited, though there are lots in Sainte Maxime, 10 or 15min by car. There are no activities, animations, or clubs for kids at this Pierre et vacances. One very important thing: parking is 9€ per day, or 11€ for the underground one. If you can get the residence car entry code from someone in the neighborhood, you can park inside for free and avoid paying 54€ for the week.

The rooms aren’t ventilated and have a smell that’s difficult to tolerate, and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. They say towels are changed only every 1 week, which doesn’t seem okay to me, even if they let you wash them in the car. We’re still on vacation. The one good point is that you’re close to the sea. I have a bus station.....and that’s about it.
