The rooms were dated and dirty, with shower heads that came loose. The kitchenware was so unpleasant that we had to wash the pans, cutlery, and everything else before using it. Cameras all around the building, inside and outside, made us very uncomfortable. The homeowner was unfriendly, and we felt we were being charged for her new interior. The website said the deposit would be €2,000, but on arrival she asked for €3,000 and kept half of it. We will never return.

We had a great three weeks at Villa Paradis. It’s in a very quiet spot, just a two-minute walk from the beach, and the rooms were great. The staff were lovely, and the breakfast room has a superb view. See you next year!

The staff girls were welcoming, friendly, and hardworking, and the breakfast in the cozy lounge overlooking the sea felt luxurious. We were upgraded to a very clean suite with a big terrace and stunning sea views. We’d call this place a Boutique Vila in Paradis, and it was a lovely spot on the beautiful ‘Cote D’azur’ for a few days with our two boys, aged 2 and 5. We discovered an amazing place and would describe it as a Boutique Vila. Recommended.
