More photos of the houses for sale would make the listings easier to notice and give potential buyers more reason to take an interest. It would also make the agency seem more transparent and willing to share information.

Avoid this agency. They were unprofessional.

The apartment was clean, had the equipment we needed, and matched its description. Booking and arrival were easy thanks to the rental team, who were welcoming, professional, and quick to respond. Their help choosing a place was especially useful, and they made sure we could settle in without stress. Whenever we had questions, the team answered kindly and efficiently. We also appreciated their little thoughtful touches and flexibility. We had a wonderful holiday in Les Orres and would recommend the agency.

We waited 10 hours for our accommodation after arriving at 9 am, following 18 hours of driving. The key was always supposedly on its way, while we sat in the cold in the car. The information sheet never made the pickup time clear. The office closes at 6 pm, and there was a line about 100m long outside. We had to wonder whether we’d ever get inside. Guests have to leave by 10 am, too. The apartment was advertised for six, but four people can stay comfortably. It wasn’t very clean, and the equipment left a lot to be desired. We asked for a stove and were told we could have a microwave, since it was either a microwave or an oven. One positive: the Magyar Travellines office answered the phone right away and is trying to help. I thank them for that, since this clearly isn’t their fault. I absolutely don’t recommend this accommodation. Shame on the service provider, and I hope people find out in time how poor the service is.
