It’s a quiet residence with hardly any overlooking, and a lovely view. The center of the Orres 1650 resort is still less than a five-minute walk away. A good spot for people into the Bike Park or winter sports.

It’s nice and set away from the resort, so it’s quiet, though it’d be even better if the parents upstairs taught their kids not to run around in the apartment! There’s one-way street parking, and the ice rink is five minutes away. Walk down to the chairlift in 5-10 minutes, or up to the 1650 resort center in 10-15.

The residence is very clean and peaceful, with the resort and ski lifts close by. It’s ideally located. I recommend it.
