The apartment was spacious and nicely decorated, and the garden spa looking towards the mountains and nearby river was a lovely extra. We came to Embrun for the Triathlon and wanted somewhere restful nearby, so we rented the large apartment just outside Les Orres. The owners had everything arranged and were incredibly kind. We had a wonderful week and would happily return. An easy 10/10! Thank you Nathalie and Christian.
Nadine and Guillaume were wonderful with our two small children and had lots of activity ideas. We loved the typical French food and having an apero by the fireplace, and the garden SPA was another real plus. The ski stations are under 10 minutes away by car. Our family room was a little small, but worked fine since we spent most of our time outdoors. There’s also a large sofa downstairs and room to read or chat. We’d come back. Merci pour tous :-)
We loved staying here. Christian and Nathalie are surely the friendliest people on the mountain.

La Jarbelle is a lovely, picture-perfect property with a lot of local charm. The rooms were comfortable and made a good place to unwind after exploring and hiking. The owners were so kind, welcoming, and attentive that we felt at home as soon as we arrived. I’d highly recommend it for a peaceful, hospitable break in the region.
