Breakfast was quite good, and we found a spot for the car at a nearby paid parking lot. The hotel is also in a good location, fairly close to the village center. The staff were very friendly. Each room has its own character, and the owner has given the decor a personal, imaginative feel. The breakfast room in particular is worth seeing. It’s more about coziness and fantasy than sleek modern finishes.

The room was tiny and didn’t feel superior at all, despite what we’d booked. We’d reserved a parking space for the car, but were told on arrival there wasn’t one, and nobody offered any help. We were also told the rooftop bubble bath was fully booked, even though no one was there. The receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful, saying no to every question. Utterly disgraceful service.

The bedrooms are modern and lovely, and the quaint breakfast room is beautiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the beach, but its car park is small and there’s no on-street parking nearby.
