Atlantic Hotel & Spa

Breakfast was scrumptious, and our room was amazing. Everyone we met was so helpful and welcoming, with a lovely greeting when we arrived. We had a superb stay and will definitely come back.

We had three days in Les Sables D’Olonne to see family before driving down to our house in the Creuse. We chose the Atlantic Hôtel & Spa because it welcomes dogs and is 100m from the family house. They’d arranged a secure garage a few minutes’ walk away, which worked out perfectly since we didn’t use the car at all during those three days. Our first-floor room was spacious and clean, with a large bed, good air conditioning and an excellent bathroom. The shower was superb. Breakfast was a very good buffet, and the staff had ordered excellent gluten-free bread for my wife. We asked if they could get some for us to take away, and they even went out to collect it. The staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. We didn’t use the pool or spa, though both looked excellent. Great location, good value, and a very welcoming stay. Thank you.

It’s an older hotel, but it’s been maintained well and still feels nice.

Good location, but the hotel feels old-fashioned. The shower was very small, and breakfast was basic if you weren’t down first thing in the morning. The staff seemed either very young or arrogant. The parking isn’t suitable for an electric car. I’d give it three stars at most.
