The welcome was friendly, and the campsite is quiet and shady, though it could be better maintained. The sanitary facilities could do with an update. €27 for a pitch with electricity feels a bit expensive, but at least there's a swimming pool.

We spent our stay cycling, and the paths were a delight, taking us to all the region's typical spots. Our caravan pitch was spacious, clearly marked out, and shaded. It's a small family campsite in a lovely setting. The nearby roads get quite busy, though, so the quiet is limited, especially at night.

We spent five peaceful days in a tent, and it was easy to explore Les Sables d'Olonne. The beaches, towns, and marshes are lovely. It's a small family-run campsite that suits anyone looking for peace and quiet. The facilities were cleaned every day, and the heated pool was a real plus. We'd happily recommend it.

There’s a big paddock with a water trough, enough for several horses, and hay is available if you ask. Parking is provided for vehicles, too. We stayed with our horse so we could enjoy the beach a few kilometers away. The accommodation was as described, in a peaceful, green setting, and we were made to feel at ease with a warm, friendly welcome. The management team was attentive and very helpful, making the stay comfortable. I highly recommend it to riders wanting to explore the region.
