The shared pool was nearly empty and green, so it couldn't be used. The mini golf, playground and other shared areas were neglected too. We'll never come back. Our private pool was sandy and its filter was broken, so the quick cleanup they tried didn't make it usable. The garden was full of weeds and the grass hadn't been cut until we reported everything at reception, where we got little help. The bathroom wasn't clean either, there was a washcloth left in the shower. For what we paid, this was way overpriced and the hospitality was poor.

The lounge was nice, with a good sized TV, screen mirroring and Chromecast. The pool was a decent size too, and it's only an eight minute drive to Grand Plage, the best and busiest beach we visited. We stayed for seven nights. I gave it three stars because the Wi-Fi was so unreliable. Two people using it at once was about the limit, then even web pages stopped loading. It was also very hot during our stay, up to 33 degrees, and with no air conditioning the nights were uncomfortable.

The BBQ was great, and the location worked well for supermarkets, shops and the beach. We liked the outdoor seating at night, had few mosquitoes, and the TV was well equipped. The villa itself was spacious, well located and had plenty of equipment, but it needs a major refurbishment. Lots of things were broken when we arrived. The fridge door wouldn't shut. We reported it on day two, but despite several complaints it took five days to get fixed, and we threw away a lot of food because keeping it warm in 32 degree heat felt unsafe. The dishwasher didn't clean properly, so we washed dishes by hand. The pool was murky and kept switching off, so I had to reset it often. Wi-Fi came and went. A lamp was hanging off the wall by its wires, bulbs didn't work, and a bedside drawer kept falling off. We paid extra for lounge cushions, but they were dusty and dirty from being stored in the outbuilding. They shouldn't charge extra for those unless they clean them first. The tennis court cost 12 euros to hire and was in very poor shape, with a worn surface and net. We played once. The shared pool was practically empty and green, and the mini golf and playground were not maintained. It's a shame the villas seem to have been neglected since they were built. They could be wonderful with better upkeep. In my opinion, the price was too high.

The accommodation was dirty and poor quality, with broken items including a fridge door that wouldn't shut properly. The pool was cloudy, dirty, unsafe and unusable, and my daughters got ill. There was no gardening, the on-site restaurant was always closed, and the crazy golf, play area and main pool were all neglected or closed. The house and Oasis resort were so bad that we left after two days, even though we'd booked eight nights. Two weeks after we got home, Oasis still hadn't replied to our complaint through its complaints procedure. Don't waste your time or money.

This was our third year in a row visiting as a family, and we were still very happy with Les Jardins. Our travel agency had made a mistake and cancelled our entire holiday without telling us. To be clear, Les Jardins had nothing to do with that. When we arrived from Belgium and discovered the cancellation, the lovely receptionist did everything she could to find us somewhere for at least the night. It was Sunday, and she even came in on her day off. In the end, she booked us another house on the same domain, and everything worked out. The new place wasn't ready for visitors, so the pool was still dirty, but they cleaned it as quickly as they could and we were able to enjoy the holiday.
