Waking up to those snow-covered mountain views was wonderful, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's well placed for the ski slopes, with a rental shop right next door and a little grocery shop for cooking in. After a day of sports, the spa was a treat: pool, jacuzzi, hammam, and sauna. The massage was great too.

For a place advertised as 4-star, I expected more professionalism. I tried for a whole week to arrange a spa day with friends. Three emails went unanswered, and nobody picked up at the number on the website. I found a second number and a receptionist said he'd check availability and reply to my email, but I heard nothing. After two more emails, I was told to say if I wanted six appointments, so I confirmed right away. Again, no reply. The next day I called to check whether it was booked, waited on hold for 20 minutes, and was then told they were fully booked. No spa day, despite all that back and forth.

The team were incredibly helpful, and the apartments were comfortable with first-class facilities. The setting is lovely, with stunning views and superb ski-in, ski-out access. We booked through Peak Retreats, who arranged everything and put together a great-value package that included a Eurotunnel FlexiPlus ticket. We'll definitely return.

The rooms were really clean, and the beds are quite large by French standards. The ski track is also very close to the hotel.

The location is great. It would be even better if the pool and gym had longer opening hours.
