One downside is the view from the south-facing apartments. They look onto the ugly façades of the Belambra residences, and the people staying there are noisy, including staff living in the dormitories.

A nice location and a really lovely view.

The distance from the city center is offset by handy touches like spacious parking and bakery services, including the option to order a daily special. The apartments are high quality, and the team is both efficient and friendly. We did have trouble with the heating home automation, which made the apartment too hot, but reception sorted it out. Everything felt well thought out, and we had a wonderful stay.

The pool, sauna, steam room, and hot tub area is very comfortable, and the reception area looks great. The staff are very friendly. Ski lockers are heated and set along a long corridor, with restrooms and a tea room at the far end. Getting onto the slopes is as direct as it gets, and you can ski back to the front door. At MGM Amaya in Les Saisies, the view of the slopes is fabulous. The resort is beautiful, and Espace Diamant is vast and wonderful, a must-see. Keep in mind that the terrace depends on which way your apartment faces. North-facing ones are shaded but have magnificent mountain and slope views. South-facing ones get sunshine but look over the parking lot and other buildings.
