The setting is beautiful, but the place badly needs an overhaul. Since the recent changes, service has become poor. Furniture is broken, and there was no light in my room. The so-called technician had left by 7 PM, so I spent the evening in the dark. The service was useless and unfriendly too. Beware.

The staff are friendly and doing their best with a difficult situation, and the residence has real potential. The location is superb, and the outside has that typical mountain architecture. But it needs a full renovation, from the furniture and decor to the ski room and interior layout. The reception isn't open all day, the billiards room isn't always open either, the lounge fireplace has been out of order for two years, the stairwell light switch is broken, and the elevator is a real clunker. Housekeeping also leaves a lot to be desired. It feels like a cash cow for owners unwilling to invest, and it doesn't deserve more than two stars. The price isn't very competitive against other residences like MMV Les Cimes. It's a real shame, because investment in renovations could make this place much better.

The location is lovely, but I wouldn't recommend staying here. The apartment and furniture are dated and not clean. There was no heating on the first day, then no hot water on two evenings. The pool access was closed for a whole morning. The staff were welcoming, but the service felt too amateur for the price.

We had two hot water outages in two days, and there was nobody at reception to report them to. The emergency number they gave us was actually for head office. After 6 PM it sends you to the booking center, which can't help. You really don't want a major problem in this building.
