The rooms are roomy, spotless, and each has its own decor. It’s an ideal spot to unwind, with owners who really go out of their way to make guests feel at home. Marina, the landlady, is a very talented, experienced cook, and the food is fantastic. I wouldn’t be surprised if they picked up a Michelin Star one day. Highly recommended!

Marina and Thomas are wonderful hosts, always keen to make guests happy and quick to help. The location is excellent too. If you’re thinking about booking, go ahead, we’d gladly recommend the place.

The setting just above Les Vans is beautiful and peaceful, and I felt well looked after from the moment I arrived. Marina and Thomas are exceptionally warm hosts and shared plenty of suggestions for exploring the area. I stayed three nights in May 2026 through Umfulana, and was comfortable throughout. My room was clean and very nice. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the dinner I had one evening was tasty too. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with them both. Thank you!
