Getting to the city was easy: the metro is about 40 seconds away and takes around 25 minutes to reach the centre. The room itself was small but nice, and breakfast was fine. The stay was much less comfortable because the hotel was doing construction work while still open. September 2025 was said to be the coldest in decades, yet our room was freezing. Staff gave us different explanations, until someone said the heating wouldn't be turned on until October 5th. They lent us a small heater, which was the only reason sleeping there was possible. One day the water stopped. We had to ask reception about it, and after they turned it back on, brown water ran for around 15 minutes. The bathtub had no plug, the TV had no remote, and nobody cleaned the room during our two-night stay, even though we hadn't left anything on the door handle. The hotel has potential, but the organization needs a lot of work.

I was staying here for work while the hotel was being remodeled, and it really shouldn't have been open to guests. The whole building's air conditioning was out. Our room smelled strongly of paint and chemicals, with electrical wires exposed and fixtures missing.

The staff were polite and lovely, and the location right in the city centre was hard to beat. Our bedroom was simple, but clean and comfortable. A great place to stay in a great city!

With temperatures above 35 degrees in Levallois, having no AC was miserable. The hotel was under construction, even though the booking information had said AC was available. The rooms were dusty and dirty, and they offered no compensation. I felt pretty ripped off.

Being able to check in at any hour and having the metro very close by were the only real positives. The room and bathroom were tiny and far from clean. There was hair in the sink and on the sheets, which were stained too. We were charged twice, 119eur, and were told one charge was a pre-authorization that would clear within 12 hours. It was still there when I first wrote this, but an update: I got the refund after 1 week.
