We arrived to find nobody there to give us the keys or let us into the apartment. Even after several calls and emails, we waited outside the building for more than 1 hour and 30 minutes, and nothing was done. The service was extremely poor, and customer satisfaction didn't seem to matter. I can't recommend this place.

We showed up at the scheduled time, but the doors were shut and no staff were around. We spent more than two hours outside without any message, update, or apology. I've rarely had such a bad hotel experience. The disregard for guests and lack of professionalism were shocking. If you care about your time and comfort, avoid this place. They seem not to care about customer service at all.

The apartment was spacious, fully equipped, and very clean. We visited in spring and didn't need AC, though I noticed fans in the closet. The sofa bed could've been more comfortable, and the balcony view wasn't great. There was no lobby or complimentary breakfast, but those weren't deal breakers for us. The area felt residential and clean, which was a nice way to get a more local feel. Many local shops and restaurants nearby cost much less than those in the tourist spots. Those areas are still reachable by public transport or a short cab ride of about 10-15 min. We had a great stay and would come back.

A very good apartment if you're coming to shop or see the sights. The kitchen is a big plus, with a kettle, fridge, and everything else you need. The towels, sheets, and room were clean and in good shape. We did have a small leak around the shower door, but it wasn't a big deal.

The pricing is pretty good, especially if you book early. It's a clean, spacious, fairly modern suite with the needed amenities, including a mini-kitchen, though it isn't a full-service hotel on site. As their website says, this particular section of the building is for a senior community and apparently has full services. The place and nearby area seemed safe. It has more of a residential, local feel than a touristy one, and there are restaurants nearby.
