The hotel is great for a budget trip, and I’d definitely stay again. The morning receptionist was kind and helped us with directions. The gentleman working the front desk at night was just as lovely and helpful. I highly recommend it! :)

The buffet breakfast was very good, and the staff were super friendly. Rooms are basic but really clean. Great value for Paris, especially considering the service. Five stars from me.

The room was clean, but very old and smelled extremely bad. The staff were friendly and helpful. The metro is about a 20-minute walk away.

We had a reservation and emailed to cancel it, but the money was still taken from our account. They’re refusing to refund it or put us in touch with the manager. The female receptionist kept hanging up the phone and didn’t seem concerned when we said we’d leave a terrible TripAdvisor rating. A very sarcastic, unprofessional attitude and a terrible experience.

The rooms are clean and the staff are always smiling, very cool. It gets a bit noisy in the morning, but in the evening it’s absolutely quiet. A very good place to stay while visiting Paris.
