Auberge A Pignata

We went for Sunday lunch and loved it. The food was delicious and the portions generous, with a beautiful view and incredible service. The whole concept was lovely, and we'd definitely return for dinner another day.

The meals were a real highlight, especially breakfast, which had plenty of choices. The set menu was delicious too, and most ingredients come fresh from the hotel farm. The place was immaculate and clearly well cared for, and the staff greeted everyone with warm smiles and were happy to help with requests. I was impressed by the comfortable rooms and excellent service. A wonderful stay, highly recommended.

On my first trip to corsica, this was the place for me. Everything felt just right, from the atmosphere and food to the service. I usually don't eat goat cheese, but theirs was amazing, and the lamb was perfect too. Thanks so much for a great experience!

Waking up to a hungry, very friendly donkey never got old. We stayed in one of the lovely barns at the top of the property, far enough away to walk off those generous, excellent breakfasts and dinners. The pool, grounds, and animals were all a pleasure. We loved A Pignata. One small thought: since it's family-owned, it would be nice if the owners came by to greet guests at breakfast or dinner now and then. That would bring even more warmth to an already extraordinary hotel.
