LIEUSAINT - Residhome Appart Hotel Suites Paris Sénart

The rooms were spacious, and the decor felt up to date, but the service let the place down. Housekeeping wouldn't vacuum or leave enough towels. One hand towel for two adults just isn't enough 😒. When they did tidy up, they tracked in more dirt: crisp crumbs and several clumps of long hair that weren't from anyone staying in the room. One late evening, I waited 20 minutes for someone to open the underground car park. No one was at the desk or answering the phones, so I had to go into the hotel and down to the car park to let myself in.

We'd stay here again. It's a good-value place, with clean, stylish rooms and a nearby town with shops about a 7-10 minute walk away. I liked the feel of staying in a big house, with ensuite bathrooms, while still getting hotel service. The hotel restaurant's breakfast was good, though a little overpriced, and the dinner choices were fine overall. There's a free shuttle to and from Euro Disney, which is very close. Just remember a socket converter for the villa rooms, as there are no USB ports.

A clean, comfortable room with a dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, and fridge. A really nice place to stay.

The rooms are large, but the design is ugly and doesn't seem to have any logic behind it, either for looks or functionality. Every door is really heavy. Security feels like a joke: just ask at reception for a key to any room and they'll hand it over. Breakfast is very meh, and the other meals cost too much for what you get. The AC controls in the room seem pointless, since you're either hot or cold and can't do anything about it. Staff are "aggressively nice," with a fake smile that makes it seem like they'd rather you leave them alone. And the five-star reviews seem nonsensical, while the rest are coherent 🤔
