It's a very convenient spot: the train station is one minute away and the city centre about a ten-minute walk. The view was lovely too, and the staff were great. My room was tidy, cosy and comfortable, with everything I needed. There isn't an elevator, which could be a problem if you have a lot of luggage or heavy bags. I was very satisfied and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

For a three-star place, this is among the best I've stayed at. The location is convenient and everything matched the description. The one possible drawback is the extremely narrow stairs and lack of a lift. That wasn't an issue for me, but it could be for someone with mobility problems.

We didn't stay after arriving and finding the stairs impossibly steep, the rooms tiny and smelly, and no air conditioning. Awful, and they still charged us for the rooms. Disgusting! It's close to the trains, but the entrance is a tiny door right on a busy street, and you have to go upstairs even to reach the check-in counter. Stay somewhere else.

The staff were so kind and friendly, which I really appreciated. It's easy to find and close to the train station. My room was small and there was no elevator, but it was clean and mostly comfortable, with a cosy, grandma's-house feel. There was a manageable musty smell that went away once I opened the windows. The shower was a bit rusty and could use replacing.

The bed was really good, the room clean and comfortable, and we didn't hear any outside noise. They also let us leave our luggage after checkout. The welcome was warm, and the location is perfect.
