Anthony patiently helped us book by phone when the website wouldn’t work for me. During our stay, he and his colleagues were accommodating and made sure we were comfortable. We had the family suite with a connecting room; both rooms were clean, the beds were really comfortable, and the photos online don’t do it justice. The breakfast, rooms, amenities, and customer service all made for great experiences. Customer service gets 10/10 from me.

The rooms were clean and a good size, and breakfast was delicious. We loved the place, especially the helpful team, who were always smiling, even when we came back at 2 in the morning.

It’s handy for the Christmas Market, but there were a few problems in the room. The AC smelled, and it was easy to hear people coming and going from their rooms. Sometimes I could hear phone conversations too. The room itself was small.

2/10
The staff were lovely, and this isn’t a comment on their service. What bothered me was the value for money. I paid over 1000 euros for four nights in a tiny room that wasn’t properly clean. The bathroom light flickered, there was a terrible sewage smell, and the room was loud and poorly sealed. I mentioned the issues at reception and was promised a gesture, but it never came. Higher prices bring higher expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

A cozy, quiet hotel with a personal feel, and one of the best I’ve stayed in over the past few years. The staff were very attentive, and breakfast was wonderful and high quality. I’ll certainly return. Highly recommended.
