Maeva made us feel very welcome and was readily available if we needed anything. We had a wonderful romantic getaway for our wedding anniversary, a real change of scenery. She listened carefully when we talked through a few small things that could be improved. I highly recommend it ;)

Hello, I'm trying to get in touch because I'm having trouble booking. The website link seems to take me to a Japanese page about becoming a therapist. When I check the hotel booking sites, none show any dates available and just tell me to try other dates. I've tried a few times, and can't find a phone number either. I'd really love to book for my sweetheart's birthday, if you're open, of course.

The welcome was really warm, but the large room was unavailable due to a problem, so we were put in the small one. The sauna and remote control weren't working. The owner blamed guests for knocking it over, even though we'd only just arrived. It's a shame, because this place isn't acceptable for the price.

The meals are delicious, and the couples massage is top-notch. The hosts are welcoming, attentive, and quick to find a solution. They also give great tips on restaurants and sightseeing. With your partner, the experience feels far better than a hotel, like a happy little bubble outside of time.
