Le Pacific Lille Euralille

The staff were the best part, especially the glasses-wearing man at reception, who spoke English very well. He warmly welcomed us at 5am and showed us to our room. The hotel is in the city center, about six minutes from the station, with easy access to the shops and town. Our room was clean, small, and cozy. Very nice, and probably the best price-to-value ratio you could get. Thank you! 🙌🏻

We needed a convenient place to sleep for a couple of days, and the location worked well: shops are right there, and both train stations are about two minutes away. But this isn’t a luxury hotel, and the deeper you look, the more cleanliness issues you notice. The curtains and chair were stained, the bath and toilet had marks, there were questionable drip marks inside the bedside light shade, and cobwebs on the ceiling. The cleaners seemed attentive day to day, making the bed and emptying the bin, but it felt like there wasn’t enough time for proper, thorough care. There’s also very little sound insulation. You can hear cars and everyone on the street, even from higher floors, plus the neighboring rooms and corridor. I was woken several times by late check-ins, people ramming plugs into sockets, and corridor conversations in the early hours. I’d suggest it for heavy sleepers or a very short stay.

Lovely staff and a great location. The room had only herbal tea, so it would have been nice to have a few regular teas and coffees, plus a couple of biscuits. The bathroom skirting boards need cleaning; everything else was very good.

A practical, good-value place with friendly staff. It sits about halfway between Lille Europe and Lille Flandres stations, roughly a four-minute level walk from each, and around ten minutes from the city center. The rooms are no-frills, but the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The buffet breakfast was simple and good value.
