The studio was unsanitary, with a broken ventilation system that wasn't repaired until three months after I complained. Mold and condensation built up on the walls, and I got sick during the winter, so I decided to leave. It's now been five months since I moved out, and my deposit was returned short. When I asked why, they gave no explanation. The manager later emailed to say they'd pay what was left, but two months have passed since then and I still haven't received it. She doesn't answer my calls, and my emails get no reply. The manager and accountant have shown a complete lack of professionalism. It was a very bad experience, and I strongly advise against staying at this residence.
