We couldn't get into the room until four hours after check-in because it hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. After a long day, we had hoped to rest and freshen up before dinner, so that was really frustrating. I called and sent messages, and the landlord apologized and said the cleaner was on the way. I asked for a small discount to make up for the inconvenience, but after several messages the reply was always that nothing could be done, in a very unpleasant tone. The landlord was extremely unprofessional. The bed also creaks so much that every movement wakes you, there's no proper mirror, and the accommodation feels cheap. Such a shame.

We'd be happy to come back. The apartment is right in the heart of Old Lille, and Hélène gave us a perfect welcome by message. It was spotlessly clean, modern, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped, with a really good bed.

The bedding was amazing, and the apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped. We spent a weekend there with my best friend, and it was even better than we expected. It's easy to get to and in a great spot in Old Lille. We'd gladly return and highly recommend it.

The apartment itself is modern and very nice, but the mold smell hit us as soon as we entered the building and was there inside the apartment too. Such a shame. We rented it on Tuesday, September 10, 2024.

Hélène was lovely on the phone and answered all our questions. The apartment is incredibly quiet despite being right in the city, and we're already expecting a wonderful stay. We only just arrived, but I wanted to leave a review straight away because opening the door was a huge wow. Everything's brand new, the decor is gorgeous, and the ceilings are high.
