We really enjoyed the outdoor seating area, and the apartment’s location worked well for us. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with a supermarket, bakery, and other local shops about a five-minute walk away. The city centre and university are around 25 minutes on foot, with quicker bus and car options. Inside, the yellow (jaune) apartment was spacious and tastefully furnished, with quality linens, towels, a comfortable mattress, and good Wi-Fi. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, good appliances, and basics like tea, coffee, jam, and olive oil. There’s also a washer-dryer in the next room. We appreciated the maps, guides, and local business directory. The landlady was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about what to see in Limoges. The price felt fair, and the stay exceeded our expectations. We’d definitely recommend it.

Appart-Watteau is conveniently close to amenities, and the apartment-hotel is comfortable and nicely designed. The owner was lovely, too. It had everything we needed.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much space there was. The house was spotless and practical, with everything we could need. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood, parking is right outside, and amenities are nearby. The owner was welcoming and easy to get hold of.
