The chalet dinner was great, and our room had AC. The staff were so friendly and happy to accommodate the kids. Having the pool and playground right out front was a real bonus. The only thing we’d change is the shutters, which let in the morning light a little too early.

We arrived late to a cozy room, but the bathroom was disappointing: the tub had no shower head holder and there wasn’t even a curtain. In the morning, staff called to warn us we had to leave or pay 70 euros, even though checkout was at 11 am and we hadn’t noticed the time. They also wouldn’t bring coffee to the room, saying they don’t serve anything there. Some staff were lovely, but not all. It wasn’t the experience I expected, and I wouldn’t really recommend it.

The staff were clueless and unhelpful. When I complained, I was told, “It’s not my fault,” instead of being offered assistance. There weren’t any extra towels or bathrobes in the room for the spa, and the pool area was freezing. The sauna and hamam weren’t working, and one of the two jacuzzis was broken. The restaurant was closed, leaving the whole hotel without food. Several families with small children who depended on eating on site were left without dinner.

The pool and jacuzzi looked lovely, but there were no handrails to help people get in or out. I’m 70, and I fell while getting out of the jacuzzi, scraping my leg, arm, and bottom. I went straight to reception with blood running down my leg to explain what happened. I got no apology, just a small antiseptic spray for my leg. The bed was very noisy and shifted when we got in or out, and there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. We won’t return unless these issues are fixed.
