After a day of hiking, the hot shower and comfortable bed were just what I needed. Gîte sur le chemin was spotlessly clean and lovely to stay in, with beautiful decor.

There’s a little surprise out back, and the Boulangerie downstairs is handy. Really nice spot.

Finding the place was quite difficult, and this was the worst accommodation on our Camino so far. It’s meant to be 3 star, but the shower was broken, the radiator didn’t work, and there was no air con. Our transported luggage had been left out in the rain. In the communal kitchen, the kettle didn’t work, and we each got one small, thin towel. S Cape / UTracks booked this for us. Very disappointing.
