The beds were really uncomfortable, and every room was moldy. As for the food, it was basically just something warm, and it gave us diarrhea. Horrible.

A nice place.

The view of Mont d'Or was magnificent, and the clean room and pleasant outdoor area were good for children. But the food was a real letdown: the so-called regional products were low quality and unappetizing, with no local cheese, and the Cancoillotte was truly awful. The strict health and safety rules also made the welcome feel impersonal and took away its warmth. For those reasons, we don't recommend this holiday center for young people.

The meals were the one disappointment during our short stay at the end of December 2015. Otherwise, we loved this very family-friendly residence. The team gave us such a warm welcome, and after a lovely walk with Léo, Virginie served us hot chocolate. The beautiful fireplace added to the atmosphere, and Hélène was always ready to help make things easier.
