The garden is lovely, with lots of guinea pigs roaming freely around it. It's a nice B and B for a good price, and the hosts were very polite. The room could have been cleaned a bit better, but we still had a good stay.

Longny au Perche is a lovely, typical French country town, and the Orangery made for a restful, characterful stop. The host was very friendly and spoke very good English. The old stables in the house grounds have been converted into three or four bedrooms above a large hall where breakfast is served. The building and delightful grounds are a real treasure. I highly recommend it.

The homemade meal was prepared with care, and we had such lovely conversations with Marc and Edith. Their warm welcome and attentive kindness made the stay even better. L’Orangerie is a charming place to relax, and seeing it in person was a delightful surprise, even more enchanting than the photos. The next morning, they surprised us with a walk to see the surrounding area and the magnificent landscapes of the Perche region. It made our stay feel perfect.
