Hôtel Beau Site

The location and view were amazing, and the staff were very professional. Still, lunch felt well overpriced. I’m glad we ate there once, but it wasn’t good enough to make us come back.

The food is outstanding, the staff are lovely, and the views are wonderful. I had a junior suite with a fantastic view. Another fantastic stay at my favourite hotel in France.

The menus are reasonably priced for the quality, and everything we ate was absolutely delicious. We had lunch in this beautiful spot with a great view of the viaduc. The staff were friendly and professional. I highly recommend it.

The location works perfectly for my drive between Spain and England, and I’ve stayed here three times before. Each time, I’ve felt as if I ought to apologize for being a bother just by staying there. This visit was awful. After a 10-hour drive, we arrived at 7pm and the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. She first said there was no reservation, then blamed the internet and said it had been cancelled. I looked over her shoulder, spotted my reservation on her computer, and showed it to her. Only then did she say she’d cancelled it and given the room to someone else. She never apologized. She said the hotel was “complit” and started serving the people behind me. I was in tears, but luckily found a wonderful hotel a mile away, Le Meridian. I’ll stay there in future.
