The apartment was across the road from the main hotel building, with great mountain views and free parking. Check-in went well, and the staff were helpful. We didn’t need to speak with them again until check-out. The location is great, and the place was nice, though the kitchen could use better equipment. There was a hob and microwave, but no oven or grill.

The apartment was dirty, and the service was not friendly at all. The website said wifi was available, but internet only worked at reception. They gave just one user access per apartment, even though we were six, and reception was closed most of the time, so we couldn’t use it. They also charged a lot for blankets and towels. It would have been cheaper to buy them at a shop than rent them.

The apartments are fairly new and well located, and we’d rented one in Les Jardins de Balnea for several years. But we won’t be back. This time it was dirty and the service was unfriendly. At checkout we were treated badly and pressured to clean dust under the beds that had clearly been there for months.

The location is great, but the building feels poorly designed. They should have hired a better architect.

The apartments were nice and clean, and the staff were polite. I was a little disappointed by the hours, with check-in at 17.00 and check-out at 10.00.
