We stayed in the room with a private balcony facing the mountains, and it was amazing value. Francine really has a host's heart. She goes out of her way to make you feel at home and loves sharing Basque culture with her guests.

Breakfast was a treat, with fresh orange juice and delicious local brioche. Francine welcomed us so warmly, paid close attention to everything, and was very flexible about the schedule. The house was quiet, and our room was spacious and clean. I highly recommend staying here!

We'd love to come back. The mountains and the Basque Country's lush green landscape made for a breathtaking view. The room was roomy and the bed comfortable, and the house was decorated with real taste. The owner gave us such a warm welcome.

Francine was kind, professional, helpful, and always available. Because of the health restrictions, we needed somewhere to have dinner, and she happily let us use her dining room and treated us to crêpes and apple tart. The house is beautiful and well placed for exploring the region. Our room was superbly clean and had everything we could need. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here in the Basque Country.
