The concierge was really helpful and nice, and we got a room upgrade for our one-night stay. It was a big four-bed room, and the location was perfect.

The staff were kind and sweet the whole time, and having all three meals included saved us a lot. Everything about the hotel felt perfect. I’d definitely recommend staying here for a great visit to Lourdes.

Our whole pilgrim group was happy with the stay. The staff were attentive and glad to help, and we were very pleased with the room quality and service. A very good four-star hotel in Lourdes.

We’ve been coming to Lourdes for 20 years and tried lots of hotels before finding Astrid. Since 2017, we’ve stayed at hotel Astrid for our yearly pilgrimage. The rooms are spacious and clean, the service is very good, and the location is fantastic. During our October 2025 trip, we had to leave early because my mum passed away and we needed to rush back to Singapore for the funeral. Owner Philippe and staff Patrick and David were so kind and helpful. Philippe was very accommodating and asked Patrick to help change our flight home. Thank you, Philippe, Patrick, and David, for all your kindness and help.

The location made it easy to get everywhere, just a few minutes on foot, and the price was very reasonable. We loved the spacious family room, set across two floors with two bathrooms. It was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning handled the 38 degree heat really well. The bar was welcoming, a nice place to unwind after a day at the grotto. We had a great stay.
