Housekeeping worked hard and did a good job. The room had just one power outlet, and the WiFi was slow and unreliable. It was a cold, wet weekend, but there was no way to turn on the heat.

The staff were really nice, and the location was great. Breakfast cost €9, but I was disappointed with it.

We were there on June 6, 2019, on a group tour with a travel company from Berlin. My wife and I had a room with three beds. I woke up with a sore back the next morning and couldn't figure out why, until I checked beneath the bed by the window. The slatted base was broken. I have a travel document available.

The location is very good, close to the sanctuary, and the rooms were comfortable. Everyone on staff was friendly. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

We found the hotel clean, with a friendly team and a good location. There was secure parking for vehicles, including motorbikes.
