The service was amazing, and I’ll definitely use this hotel again. It’s old, but clean.

10/10
The food was excellent, especially the desserts, and the prices were reasonable. It’s near the cave, and the friendly staff mattered a lot to me because it showed their professionalism. I was delighted with my three-day stay and highly recommend it.

The staff were very friendly, from the bellhops to the waiters, but the food was very poor. At times, it was hard to tell what was on our plates. The hotel is outdated and has seen better days, and the bathrooms were quite noisy. The linens were clean, though the bedspreads were dirty. Disappointing!

The food was high quality, and the young woman serving in the restaurant was both kind and remarkably efficient. The hotel was very clean and pleasant, even if the decor felt dated. We had an excellent stay.

The staff were friendly and paid close attention to what guests asked for. We had a good experience: the rooms are simple but very nice, the full-board meals were good, and the price was reasonable. A great fit for a pilgrimage.
