The owner and chef are personal friends of ours, and they’re very good at making guests feel welcome and looked after. The rooms are decorated to a really high standard. It’s an out-of-this-world place to stay, and we’d come back in a heartbeat.

Betty looked after us brilliantly, and her breakfast is the best. It’s a fantastic base for seeing the Loire valley, chateaus, and wineries. The place is awesome and very quiet. Can highly recommend.

The dinner was fabulous, and breakfast was huge and delicious. Betty gave us a very warm welcome and the service was impeccable. The facilities have all been recently renovated and include air conditioning, billiards, a swimming pool, and a jacuzzi. The place is quiet, and the end-of-day splash was idyllic for us on bikes. I highly recommend it for cyclists and anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the area, as long as the "hunting" atmosphere doesn’t bother you.

The place has the feel of a chic hunting lodge. We received a warm welcome and attentive service in guest rooms that feel worthy of a fine hotel. Everything was impeccably clean, and the home-cooked meals were hearty and delicious.

Betty gave us a wonderful welcome. The room was classy, with British decor, and the furniture and bedding were high quality. Breakfast was generous and excellent, with lots of different homemade jams. Pure bliss, a real haven of peace. Highly recommended!
