The receptionist was the one good part of our stay. She was kind and tried to help, but the rooms and hotel were in poor shape. The carpets on the way to the lift were dusty and covered in crumbs, and the air conditioning in our second room was filthy, very old, and barely working. We even found two dead flies on the table. The sheets were fresh, though two beds had been made so badly that they hung down to the floor. The first room was much worse. We arrived around 9 pm after checking in online and used the code to get in, only to find all three beds left as the previous guests had used them, rubbish on the desk, and a dirty cup with coffee still in it. It made me feel sick. I went to reception, and the receptionist came up to look. She initially thought we had already been in the room, probably because we had checked in online. Once I explained we'd just arrived, she realized the cleaners hadn't prepared it and moved us to another room. I'd strongly advise against checking in online in advance. I can't recommend this hotel.

For what I paid, this has been one of my best hotel stays in Europe so far. The staff all spoke English perfectly, the room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. 11 out of 10 stars.

Free parking and friendly service made me a happy customer, and the rooms were clean too. I've stayed at plenty of B&B hotels, and this one was just as good value as the others I've liked. The WiFi in my room barely had any reception, so faster internet would help. A kettle with some tea or coffee in the room would be nice as well.

I couldn't believe the scene over me using the coffee machine after breakfast. The young woman at the front desk ran over shouting, “NO NO NO!” She grabbed my cup and opened up the whole coffee machine to stop it from making my espresso.

The room was nicely furnished and looked very good, but the stay left me with a negative impression. I slept badly because the mattress was poor, and the sound insulation was weak: I could hear the corridor, the room next door, and the neighbors shutting their doors. Water also ran onto the bathroom floor when I opened the shower doors. I've stayed in two of your hotels. The first was a 10+, while this one was a 3-.
