Great.
The hammock time in the sun, with birds singing nearby, was one of my favorite parts. I arrived during a difficult, anxiety-filled time in my personal life and left feeling calmer, refreshed, and stronger. I’ll definitely return. I spent six days here for an immersion stay as part of my naturopathic training, sharing the "Countess" room with another student from my cohort. Pierre and Wojciech made us feel welcome with real warmth and generosity. There are several lovely places to relax, with beanbag chairs, plus a sauna and a beautiful meditation room that felt full of positive energy. Pierre has a lot of knowledge and resources, which he shares with enthusiasm. We had a lovely meditation with Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments he’d brought back from his travels. Learning from him about the plants and flowers growing in his garden was enriching too. A big thank you to Pierre and Wojciech for being so thoughtful and kind.
Pierre and Wojciech were so kind and generous with us, and I’d happily recommend the place. Pierre showed us the local plants and talked about their properties, then led a sound journey in the meditation room with Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, and a rainstick. It was a transformative experience. We spent five days at the Pranahvital Institute in Lucheux on an immersion retreat arranged by our naturopathy school, Le Cenatho. Surrounded by nature, the grounds feel peaceful and are full of life. There are adorable named animals, including Roco the rooster and the hens Barbara, Blanche, and Jacqueline, along with majestic swans and geese. The facilities worked perfectly for us. There’s a sauna and a lovely yurt where we did meditation, relaxation, and exercise. It’s a beautiful place to disconnect and reconnect with yourself, and the stay was unforgettable.
The rooms have a lot of charm and authenticity, and they brought back gentle childhood memories. The yurt also felt like a peaceful little haven, with a soothing energy that made it lovely for meditation or workshops. We were welcomed so warmly. The whole place feels like it was made with care, simplicity, kindness, and a real spirit of sharing. Nature is everywhere, from the swans and geese to the birdsong, which makes it easy to slow down and reconnect. I attended an immersive naturopathy course with Cenatho, but this would also suit a retreat or just a restorative weekend away from everyday stress. A precious, deeply peaceful place that I wholeheartedly recommend. ✨
With a group of 22, I took part in an immersion retreat at the Pranahvital Institute. The human side of it was lovely, with the group and the honest conversations making it a really enriching experience. I came away feeling refreshed and inspired, and I appreciated the moment. Thank you 🙏 The setting has a wonderful, calming energy, and it was a good place to recenter and reconnect with myself. The retreat was especially interesting because the ideas were practical and easy to understand, and they encouraged me to bring new habits into daily life.
