Eva explained how the champagne is made and answered all our questions. The staff were super friendly, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The name says “quiet,” but the taste feels luxurious. This is some of the best champagne I’ve tried, and the personal approach made it even better. We’re planning to return and bring our friends.

We tried three different champagnes, and all of them were excellent. The tour was interesting and informative, and our guide was really friendly and funny. We definitely recommend visiting this beautiful place for a tour and tasting 😊

Melanie made the visit easy with our one-year-old boy, and she was knowledgeable, kind, and considerate throughout. We got to see the beautiful barrels and the impressive deep cellars. It was a memorable experience, with delightful champagne and a lovely garden to enjoy.

We enjoyed having wine and champagne in the garden, and even made a little cat friend one night. Our updated second-floor room was spacious, with a huge tub overlooking the garden and countryside. The bed was comfortable, and checking in after hours was easy. It was a lovely place to stay outside Reims. I also really appreciate the staff keeping my engagement ring safe for a week after I left it in the sheets. Charles was attentive, emailing and calling to arrange pickup.

The garden was beautiful, and from our room we had a stunning view of the vineyard. It was convenient for getting to both Reims and Épernay. There was also a service station just a two-minute drive away, which helped a lot during the fuel workers’ strike while we were there. We had a wonderful stay and will be back.
