The rooms are roomy, the facilities are excellent, and the view is breathtaking. Villa La Vista is a great base for exploring the region around Calvi. I’ve been coming back for a couple of years, and whenever I’m in Corsica, this is where I’ll stay. Valerie and Bernard are lovely, too. Holidays matter a lot to me, and it’s such a relief to stay somewhere I don’t have to worry about anything. I’ll keep my review short: this place is simply the best stay in Calvi and the surrounding area. I’d strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Corsica. And if you skip it, the rest of us get to keep enjoying this little secret.

The sunsets were lovely every evening, and we really enjoyed our stay. The setting is beautiful, the rooms are spotless and tastefully decorated, and Valerie is happy to help with anything. Villa la Vista is a wonderful place with such kind hosts, including Valerie and her family.

Breakfast was a treat every morning, with Valérie’s delicious local and homemade food served at a beautiful table overlooking an incredible view. Bernard and Valérie are lovely, attentive hosts, and you feel at home straight away. Villa à la Vista sits in a great spot between Calvi and Île-Rousse, with breathtaking views over Calvi Bay. The heated pool is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the scenery. It’s a magical place, and I’d recommend it without hesitation.

The shared breakfast each morning was friendly and delicious, and the owners made us feel very welcome with their remarkable kindness. The pool overlooking Calvi and the citadel was a real delight. The house is modern, quiet, and spotless, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was perfect for us. I have no complaints at all, would happily come back next year, and highly recommend it.
