Costa Belle

For €60, the room was very good: clean, with fresh-smelling sheets and a nice hot shower. There was lots of parking in the courtyard, too. We had to arrive late and leave early, so they let us have breakfast at 7:30 as agreed. Hot drinks, chocolate croissants, bread, homemade jams, yogurt... everything was perfect. Thanks for the warm welcome. I really can't understand the negative comments. No complaints from us.

Even though we booked just half an hour before arriving, Sandrine welcomed us so warmly and was really accommodating. We travel a lot and often make last-minute bookings, so that meant a lot. The room felt cozy, and the bathroom was lovely. Sandrine also gave us great tips on where to eat and made us a full breakfast. The place is tucked away, peaceful, welcoming, and still has plenty of life. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend it!

At 8:42 PM, we mentioned that there was no soap at all. The manager said, "I've already left, I can't do anything about it," which showed no willingness to help or care for guests. The room itself was filthy when we arrived. The fifth bed hadn't been made, with folded sheets left on it, and the wardrobe still had things left by previous families. There were no hygiene products in the bathroom, not even hand or shower soap, just towels. The shared spaces weren't looked after either: the breakfast room was dirty, the outdoor breakfast area was neglected, and cigarette butts were scattered across the pool deck. A really disappointing stay. I wouldn't recommend it, given the poor cleanliness, lack of attention to detail, and nonexistent service.

The exterior photos seem outdated and don't show what the place is really like. As a stopover, the location is okay, but I wouldn't suggest staying overnight. Breakfast starts at 8:30 or 9:00, it's not very clear which, so an early departure isn't really possible if you're just passing through. The rooms are only okay, if that. The bathroom smells moldy, the rest of the place has a basement smell, and the shower looks very worn down. At reception, they speak French and just a little English.
