We cycled along the Loire to Amboise in about 20 minutes, and later enjoyed a wine tasting with Jean-Christoph. The evening at the Chateau started with a lovely warm welcome. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and Anne made us feel very welcome.

We came as two couples and loved the place. Anne was so kind and helpful, and we felt right at home over the delicious breakfast. The stylish room and cozy living room with its fireplace made for lovely evenings. We'll come back, and we'd happily recommend it!

The breakfast was great, and we loved the pool table. We also enjoyed exploring the surrounds of Amboise Village. Anna made us feel like family, and was generous and helpful, nothing seemed like too much trouble. We felt comfortable, safe, and welcome. Jean-Christophe showed us wines from the Pintray vineyard at a tasting, which we enjoyed. We'd happily return and spend more time at Pintray.

It was special to stay in this chateau, and we didn't want to leave. The property is fabulous in a quiet setting, and the online pictures don't do it justice. The owner greeted us warmly and was very helpful, making us feel at home. We had a great breakfast in the beautiful dining room, and there was a safe spot to park our bikes overnight. I highly recommend staying here!

Jean Christophe, the son, has taken over from his father and welcomed us like family. We had a wonderful reception, then sat and chatted with him for a really nice time. His wines are fruity and sweet. They also have a five-room bed and breakfast, which his wife looks after. Jean wants to stay hands-on and keep this small winery small. Thanks for a memorable visit.
