We booked through booking.com at a competitive price and were very pleased with our long weekend. The standard apartments suit a family of three or four, with a good layout and most of the kitchen equipment you might need. Reception staff were very friendly, and there’s a nice swimming pool too. It’s ideally placed for cyclists, at the foot of Luz Ardiden and Tourmalet, etc. We’ll definitely return when we’re in Luz-St-Sauveur. Recommended!

The pool was amazing, and we enjoyed our first stay here. The price was good and the location decent. We’re holding back a star because of the cleaning charges: if you want to avoid cleaning the apartment before leaving, they charge far too much, almost abusively.

Staff were friendly and helpful, and it’s an OK place to stay in Luz-Saint-Sauveur, about what you’d expect from a three-star accommodation. The reception shuts early, at 19:00 (7 pm). Breakfast was extremely basic, just a croissant with jelly and coffee, tea or juice, eaten off a paper towel. The biggest thing I missed was WiFi access. Free WiFi was only available at reception, nowhere else.

Good value for basic accommodation, and the balcony looked out over the mountain. The location was great. There’s a nice pool, steam room and sauna too.

The apartments are modern, small and reasonably well equipped. There isn’t much in the way of recreation, and some facilities need attention. The steam room, for example, could use redecorating and refurbishment.
