The pool was lovely, and the campsite itself is beautiful. We found it welcoming and affordable too. Glad we came across it, I’d recommend it.

The pitches felt a little small, and the terraced site sits on a slope. Still, everything is laid out well and it’s easy to find, with clear signs from Luzenac and straightforward access off the main road. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. They didn’t speak much English, but we managed to communicate. The price seemed reasonable for the area. I’m unsure about having the electricity and water connections together, as that wouldn’t be done in the UK, but I’d still recommend the site.

The views were amazing and the staff were really nice. The bungalows were a bit dirty, though, and there wasn’t much basic cooking equipment. Everything felt very basic. I wouldn’t recommend it particularly, but it’s okay for three or four days.
