The room was spacious, with a nice kitchenette for anyone planning to buy groceries. Reception staff were friendly and accommodating, but only there during standard business hours. There was no maid service during our stay unless we paid extra for cleaning. We had just one small towel for the whole visit, and I believe additional ones cost a fee. I also found a spider in my bed on the first night, which made me very uncomfortable, though I can’t blame the hotel for nature. Arriving outside business hours was difficult. To get in, we had to call from the outside call box, then retrieve a key card from a lobby safe. The room number was supposed to arrive by SMS in advance, but it never did.

The rooms are getting old, and we could hear both the road and the neighbors. Wind whistled through the windows all night. The entrance door was always open, so it didn’t feel secure, and breakfast was limited. Service was very limited too. Fine for one night, but exhausting over a week.

The price is very good, and the room is spacious with everything needed to prepare food. It’s right by the underground, and you can walk to the old city. The bathroom was very clean and nice, and the hotel itself was very nice.

The cleaning service was poor, I had problems with the electrical installation, and the internet was awful. I gave up on the hotel Wi-Fi and used my mobile data instead.
