We had a really enjoyable stay in Lyon. The rooms were clean, air conditioned, and nicely decorated, and breakfast each morning was simple but tasty. Our hostess was incredibly welcoming. The pillows were very wide and rather hard, which wasn't comfortable, though we noticed similar pillows at other places too, so it may be a European thing.
Marie was lovely and looked after us so well. The bedding was delightful, breakfast delicious, and everything was impeccably clean, right down to every corner. The welcome was warm, and the decor had a subtle theme. I'll happily stay at Maison Prune again next time I'm in Lyon. Highly recommend it.
The metro is nearby, and it's about 15 minutes to the center of Lyon. We felt right at home thanks to the warm welcome, and the rooms are elegantly decorated. Breakfast was straightforward but really good, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice. I'd choose this over a cold, impersonal hotel and recommend it highly.
We had a lovely weekend here. The hostess was welcoming and very attentive, and our magnificent room was tastefully decorated with top-notch bedding. We'd gladly come back if we get the chance. Highly recommended!
